We also offer you the opportunity to purchase our products for any animal rescue organization of your choice. We ship the products you order directly to the rescue and we pay the shipping! We inform the group who purchased the supplies for them unless you want to remain anonymous. This is a great way to help your local rescue directly with the products they really need. Click on the "Rescue Group Wish Lists" link on your left for more details or to see if your favorite rescue is listed. A rescue does not have to be listed to participate, just contact us if you have any questions.

We offer wholesale pricing to animal rescue organizations. If you are a rescue and would like to sign up, please contact us via e-mail. You do not need to be 501c3 to qualify.

USA Shipping Information:

Shipping Cost:

Shipping is automatically calculated based on product weight and determined by UPS Ground published rates. Most products are shipped from our Cincinnati, Ohio warehouse, but occasionally your order will ship directly from the manufacturer.

Shipping Method:

Most products ship via UPS Ground. If your package is 2 lbs. or less, we may ship it to you via USPS priority mail with order confirmation. We ship Federal Express if next day service is requested and there is an added fee. Please call us if you need expedited shipping and we will do our best to quote you shipping cost and get your package out the same day.

Shipping Time:

Orders are normally shipped within 24 business hours of order placement. We do not ship on weekends. Please allow additional handling time during busy holiday seasons. If you need your item fast, please contact us for a next day or 2-day delivery quote.

Please allow 4 - 7 business days for handling & delivery.

International Shipping Information:

We do ship internationally via UPS only. E-mail us at info@PawzPetCareCenter.com for a shipping quote. You can estimate shipping yourself by visiting www.UPS.com and using our zip code 45246 to your country code under "calculate shipping". Shipping charges will not calculate automatically on our site for international orders, you must contact us before placing your order.

Most heavy items are very expensive to ship internationally. You will receive a tracking number from us and can track your order online at www.UPS.com anytime.

Any free shipping offers are valid for domestic orders only. Free shipping is not applicable for international orders.

There are no refunds or returns on international orders.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Return Policy and Procedure:

All returns are required to have a Return Authorization Number issued within 30 days of the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the item's page. Once the Return Authorization Number is acquired, you have 20 days to return the item(s). All returned items must be unused and in new condition in thier original packaging including all hardware and instructional components. Items are also subject to a 10% restocking fee, with exceptions listed below in the Restocking Fee Breakdown list. Any returned item deemed not to fall within the preceding criteria will be returned with no credit issued at the customer's expense. Once your return has been inspected please allow 15 days for credit to be applied to the credit card used for purchase. Initial cost of shipping and return shipping is not eligible for refund. To request your Return Authorization Number, please follow these steps:

1 - Read and agree to the Return Policy and Procedure above.

2 - Send an e-mail request for return authorization to info@pawzpetcarecenter.com

3 - Please include your order number and reason for return. We will also need the Item ID number of the product you wish to return.

Refused Orders:

Should you decide that you wish to refuse receipt of an item when delivered by UPS, USPS, FedEx or common carrier and legitimately ordered from us, credit will be issued for the item, minus shipping charges and minus the appropriate restocking fee below. The credit will be issued once the item has been returned to us and after inspection by our return specialists.
